We have part-time and full-time weekday positions available. We also have part time weekend positions available. We pay for experience.

School Bus Requirements: No experience necessary, all applicants must have at least 3 years driving experience, have clean driving record, and enjoy working with others. Must also be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen, and also have a clean criminal background (several criminal background checks are done on all prospective drivers and aides).

Transit Driver Requirements: No transit experience necessary but some type of previous commercial experience (truck, delivery, bus, taxi, act) is preferred, have a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen and have a clean criminal background (several criminal background checks are done on all prospective drivers).

Charter Driver Requirements: No charter driving experience necessary but some type of previous commercial experience (truck, delivery, bus, taxi, ect) is preferred, have a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen and have a clean criminal background (several criminal background checks are done on all prospective drivers).

Mechanic Requirements: Schmitty and Sons is always looking for qualified top notch mechanics with medium to heavy duty experience.
